HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be made online through the check out or you can fax or post your order.

When buying online, you can do safely and securely using PayPal or your Credit Card. Simply choose your size and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

If you are faxing your order please download and complete the attached order form and fax to +61 (0)7 3352 6004 or you can post your downloaded order form to Bigger By Design, PO Box 454, Grange, Queensland, 4051.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of the payment, unless otherwise advised.

Payment can be made by direct deposit through any Australian based bank in Australian dollars or an Australia Post money order made out to "Bigger by Design" if you are faxing or mailing your order. Bank details for direct deposits will be provided on request. If you are buying online your credit card payment will be processed securely through Paypal.

Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 3 days, unless otherwise advised..

Return of unsuitable items is acceptable only if all tags are in place and the garment is unworn. A quality check of returned goods will be undertaken to ensure goods are in the same condition as when they were dispatched. Please advise by email at orders@biggerbydesign.com.au prior to returning goods. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the garments and you can either request a refund of your money (excluding postage) or credit with the store. If your returned garments are accepted a cheque will be forwarded to you.

Postage within Australia is by Australia Post Express Post satchels at a rate of $8.50 for goods up to $100 and $15 for goods totaling more than $100. International postage is through International Express Post satchels and the rate will be determined by each parcel. Please email for costs of international postage.
